How does the custom embroidery process work?

How can I contact customer support?

Can my design be in 3D Puff/Foam?

We can’t add puff for small details and tiny lines. The rule of thumb is that the puff area can be 1/3 the height of the width. So if you want an element of your design to be 1 millimeter high, then it needs to be 3 millimeters wide.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on your location. During the quote process, you can enter your address so we can give an accurate timeframe and estimate.

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations within the following conditions:

  • Contact me within 14 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase

Custom items that are unworn and unused. Custom item returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How can my order qualify for wholesale pricing?

Available for orders over 12 pieces.

How small can you embroider letters?

Letters cannot be smaller than 5-6mm (1/4") tall. Most printed logos have text that is smaller than that, and sometimes embroidery requires a little reformatting to allow for the best possible results. Logos with excessive detail also often need to be simplified a bit to achieve consistent, reliable quality.

If we determine that changes need to be made to your logo, we'll discuss your options. We'll keep you informed every step of the way. After all, it’s your logo.

What colors can I choose?

We have hundreds of thread colors. If you tell us the Pantone color you're hoping to match, we can match it as close as possible with our existing thread colors.

Can you embroider this design?

Absolutely, within reason and limitations of embroidery. If you'd like to keep the details of the design, we suggest having it printed instead.

*Patches will all have embroidered borders*

I want to purchase a bulk order, how can I request a sample?

Certainly! To request a sample before placing a bulk order with DMB Designz, please follow these simple steps:

 

Contact our Sales Team:

Reach out to our dedicated Sales Team via email or phone. You can find our contact information on our website or business documentation.

 

Provide Details: Clearly state that you are interested in placing a bulk order and would like to request a sample. Specify the product(s) you are interested in and any customization requirements you may have.

Shipping Information: Provide your shipping address and any other relevant details to ensure the sample reaches you accurately and promptly.

 

Confirm Terms: Discuss the terms of the sample request with our Sales Team, including any associated costs, shipping fees, and estimated delivery time.

 

Receive and Evaluate the Sample: Once the sample is prepared and shipped, carefully evaluate the product to ensure it meets your quality and customization expectations.

 

Place Your Bulk Order: After reviewing the sample and being satisfied with the quality, contact our Sales Team again to confirm your bulk order. Provide the necessary details, such as product quantity, customization specifications, and shipping information.

 

Payment and Delivery: Complete the payment process as per the agreed terms. Once the payment is confirmed, your bulk order will be processed and shipped within the specified timeframe.

What's your turnaround time?

Our turnaround on average it is around 5-7 business days from time of final order approval. If you have a rush order, We'll do our best to accommodate it, just ask! (Rush fees may apply).

How big can you embroider and print?

We can embroider up to 15" and print up to 11" x 8".
